Andi remains singularly committed to providing users with fast and accurate answers.

Andi, a company that is developing search for the next generation, announced today a new semantic content engine that makes the most accurate GenAI search engine even more accurate. The company also unveiled a new UX with a more conversational design, a visual result reminiscent of TikTok, and an improved presentation of sources and citations.

Andi, in contrast to GenAI search tools that use LLMs to both discover and compose answers, first filters for high-quality Internet content sources and then uses LLMs to provide accurate summaries of answers with links to those sources. Andi summarizes answers by perusing the entirety of each source, unlike all other GenAI search tools which only use web snippets. This also improves the veracity of responses.

Now, Andi is introducing a brand-new semantic search algorithm, based on user feedback from the past year. The objective of semantic ranking is to determine the context and relevance of content. Andi is able to comprehend concepts and similarities, elevating the most pertinent and high-quality sources and filtering out content of inferior quality. It excels at knowledge- and information-based queries, such as locating the most recent news and research/statistics.

Andi realized early on that concise, trustworthy, and accurate responses are the most important factor for users.

Angela Hoover, co-founder and CEO of Andi, stated that factual veracity is still a major challenge in GenAI, and that Andi has made it a top priority. While others have prioritized appearance over substance and become misinformation engines Andi has remained committed to delivering the most accurate results. He mentioned that their base has grown organically by more than 300 percent since the beginning of the year as a result of this discovery.

The other significant issue with search and LLMs is attribution of sources. Hoover explains that the high-quality content that web producers spend endless hours researching, writing, and creating is what makes the web so fantastic. Fair content attribution has been an issue in search ever since Google began excerpts, and now LLM search introduces a new paradigm for an experience that burys the original content producer even further. As part of this vision for search, we place a strong emphasis on source validation. Our commitment is to highlight valuable content and information, not to pilfer it. There is a GenAI search method that benefits both users and media producers.

Since launching Andisearch.com in January 2023, Andi has introduced a number of significant developments:

  • A Summarize function that provides accurate, cited summaries of articles and other sources.
  • A feature on each search result that simplifies complex topics and articles, similar to having an in-engine tutor.
  • A Generated Content feature that provides the industry’s most accurate AI-generated content and reliable source citation. Users can request Andi to compose summaries, blog posts, lists, poems, and tweets. Andi retrieves content from the most recent search results to ensure that the generated text is factually accurate and based on reputable sources.
  • A universal image discriminator that detects the size and quality of images in real time and displays them in a visually appealing feed.
